The following are upcoming event rides throughout the West Coast compiled in cooperation with Cycle California! Magazine. This is not a complete list, and it is regularly updated. Please add suggestions in the comments area of this post.

September 9-Oct. 3, 2026
Arthritis Foundation’s California Coast Classic Bike Tour - Ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, exploring the spectacular scenery of Monterey, Big Sur, Cambria, Pismo Beach, Buellton, Santa Barbara and Ventura.
September 26
Lighthouse Century - The San Luis Obispo Bicycle Club offers 40-, 65-, 75- and 100-mile routes along Highway 1 flanked by mountains and scenic ocean vistas. Experience beautiful coastal cycling and cool ocean breezes. This event is limited to 1,000 riders.
October 4
Mt. Diablo Challenge - This is a 11.2-mile individually timed climb up one of the highest peaks in the San Francisco Bay Area. On a clear day, the summit offers breathtaking views stretching from the Farallon Islands to the Sierra Nevada mountains.
October 17
Foxy’s Fall Century - Three routes accommodate everyone from families to serious cyclists. All routes start and finish at Veterans Memorial Center, 203 E 14th Street, in Davis. Routes include a 100-mile Century, a 62-mile Metric Century, and a 31-mile fun ride.
October 17
Tour de Lincoln - The 24th annual event offers four courses: a 10k route, a Metric Quarter Century, a Metric Half Century, and a Metric Century.
Oregon
Note: The annual Ride the Rim events at Crater Lake National Park are canceled in 2026.
September 26
Ride the Rogue - This Southern Oregon event includes a 20-mile ride, a 40-miler, and a Metric Century through the Rogue Valley in support of the Rogue River Greenway Trail.
October 4
The Vineyard Tour-Umpqua - Roseburg’s annual wine country event has expanded. Pick a day that fits your schedule or stay for a long weekend.
Washington
September 25
Lake Chelan Tour - Three days of riding around beautiful Lake Chelan in northern Washington. The Cascade Bicycle Club offers multiple routes each day ranging from 35 to 51 miles, with elevation gains of 1,800 to 4,200 feet. Registration is capped at 200 riders.
October 11
Kitsap Color Classic - This is a one-day ride in Edmonds with distances of 25, 33, or 52 miles along the Kitsap Peninsula.

Tour de Victoria - A mass participation event with rides for all ages and abilities through this beautiful city. Skilled riders will love the challenging trip into the rainforest hills.

Pedaling Paths to Independence - Linden. There are 25 and 65-mile fully supported route options.
March 7, 2026
Blossom Bike Ride - Four distances starting in Reedley.
April, 4, 2026
Party Pardee - Choose from 26-, 45-, 62-miles routes with beautiful vistas, fields of poppies, Pardee, New Hogan and Comanche Lakes near Ione. Pre-ride coffee and snacks. Well-stocked rest stops and on-course support. Post-ride party with music, dancing, hot food and expo.

50th Cinderella Classic - The Valley Spokesmen Bicycle Club presents this beautiful women-only ride through the beautiful rolling hills of the Tri-Valley. Four routes with full SAG and staffed rest. Delicious catered lunch at the finish. Training rides start in January.

Tierra Bella Bicycle Tour - Celebrate spring on Santa Clara County's prettiest roads at one of California's top-rated cycling events: the 47th annual Tierra Bella Bicycle Tour in Gilroy, presented by Almaden Cycle Touring Club. Four routes range from a rolling 30-mile fun ride to a century featuring some of the Bay Area’s best climbs.

Primavera Century - 40-, 65-, 85-, and 100-mile rides from Fremont into the rural East Bay. Plus a 25-mile family fun ride. Registration is open.

Ride for a Reason - Pedal from Vacaville, Suisun or Oakland or when you choose a fully supported 45-, 68-, or 110-mile ride to Sacramento. Every dollar raised benefits East Bay public schools. Perfect for new and seasoned riders. Training rides start January. Post-ride meal included. Registration is open.

Monster Cookie Metric Century - Full- and half-century rides from Salem. This popular spring event in the Willamette Valley celebrates its 50th year with a special route. There’s also a 6-mile family ride. Be sure to get your very large cookie at the finish line.

The Art of Survival Century - Two days of riding on both sides of the Oregon-California border. There are options for road and gravel riders.

Gravel 2026 - This Cycle Oregon event features two days riding through the Tygh Valley in Central Oregon.

Tour de Fronds - Choose between six rides into the Siskiyou National Forest for one of the Pacific Northwest’s most beautiful rides. Plan early. Registration, which opens March 1, is capped at about 250 riders.
